Airline Selects E.piphany for CRM

SWISS, the new Swiss intercontinental airline, will use E.piphany E.6 for its customer relation ship management efforts, San Mateo-based E.piphany said yesterday.


SWISS will use E.piphany E.6's Web-based platform to link to a centralized customer database and pull together historical flight information as well as sales and marketing data. This goal is to provide better service to travelers, including handling inquiries and bookings, and targeting them with special offers based on their known preferences.
