Data Warehouse Allies With Equifax on Credit Data

Data Warehouse Corp., Fort Lauderdale, FL, has formed a marketing alliance with Equifax, Atlanta, a credit reporting agency, to deliver credit data to mortgage originators nationwide, Data Warehouse said yesterday.


As a result of the agreement, individual credit information from Equifax will be added to Data Warehouse's inhouse proprietary mortgage databases, giving Data Warehouse the ability to provide credit-qualified leads to those mortgage originators offering firm offers of credit.


The use of individual credit information is subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which, in the case of qualified leads, requires a firm offer of credit to be made to each consumer. Consumers must also be offered the opportunity to opt out of future solicitations.


According to Data Warehouse, the company is also implementing a delivery process with Equifax that reduces lead delivery time to one week or less.


Data Warehouse is a lead generator for the mortgage industry.
