CyberSource to Process K-Tel Purchases

Marketer and distributor of entertainment products K-Tel (www.ktel.com), Los Angeles, and Internet transaction processor CyberSource (www.cybersource.com), San Jose, CA, announced that CyberSource's electronic commerce services will handle all credit-card purchases made on K-Tel Express (www.ktelexpress.com), K-Tel's new online music and video service.


CyberSource will provide K-Tel with three areas of e-commerce services: payment processing, including multicurrency payment processing and calculation of sales and value-added taxes; risk management, including IVS FraudScreen; and fulfillment house messaging services. More than 260,000 CD, tape and video titles are available at K-Tel Express.
