Cutter & Buck Signs Up Xchange

Clothing manufacturer Cutter & Buck has selected Xchange's customer relationship management software to strengthen the value of its consumer base and drive relevant, personalized online communications with its customers, Cutter & Buck said yesterday.


Cutter & Buck, a Seattle-based manufacturer of men's and women's sportswear and business casual apparel, selected Boston-based Xchange's eMessaging solution, a component of the Xchange 7 CRM suite.


Xchange will help Cutter & Buck plan, execute and measure online marketing campaigns that leverage advanced personalization capabilities.
