CustomerCast Offers Loyalty Measurement Service

CustomerCast Inc. yesterday announced its loyalty measurement system for Internet-based businesses that want a single metric, combined from several customer satisfaction tests, that calculates the effectiveness of their customer relationships.

The Mountain View, CA-based company's multiple-task program was not priced in a prepared statement. The system measures a customer's likeliness to recommend and/or repeatedly use a company's products and services. It categorizes each customer as loyal, favorable, vulnerable or lost by performing an undisclosed means of research. CustomerCast did not offer pricing, but said that its system helped e-businesses understand their customer relations and predict trends concerning their industry.
