Customer Connect Adds Postcard Feature to CRM Product
The postcards augment its AutoMarketSmart product, which lets automobile service departments automatically send electronic surveys via e-mail to customers following service. Results are tabulated for service managers.
"Not everyone has an e-mail address, or wants to share it with their automobile dealer," says Geoff Ables, president of Customer Connect. "To accommodate this, we have added the ability for automobile service departments to send customized postcards to customers after every service event."
