Crown Develops New Hologram Foil

Crown Roll Leaf, Paterson, NJ, has introduced a new foil material that reflects fluorescent light better than holograms and can be applied to direct mail and catalogs to heighten impact.


RetailVison Pixel-Grafx is a foil surface that is hot stamped onto a marketing piece that can accept printing onto the reflective surface. The material can be used in an envelope window, can be cut-through or can appear on the outer envelope or catalog cover. It is available in 11 patterns and various colors. Production from a stock pattern is less expensive than the use of standard three-dimensional, according to the company.
