Crossbow Wins IMSI, Citrix Accounts

Crossbow Group, Westport, CT, won two technology accounts: software developer IMSI and Citrix System Inc.'s Citrix Online division.

IMSI, Novato, CA, tasked Crossbow to support its installed base servicing and customer acquisition efforts through online marketing and mail. Founded in 1982, IMSI's TurboCAD and Hijaak Pro software are used in homes and offices.

"The challenge is lowering cost per sale," said Jay Bower, president of Crossbow.

Citrix, Santa Barbara, CA, retained the agency to create a customer acquisition campaign for GoToMyPC through direct marketing. A provider of Web-based remote access, collaboration and customer support technologies, Citrix wants to expand its footprint in markets nationwide.

"They want to develop an efficient lead generation engine," Bower said.
