Crossbow Group Wins Bocada, TheLadders.com

Crossbow Group, Westport, CT, won direct marketing assignments from TheLadders.com and Bocada. The agency is creating TheLadders.com's first direct mail acquisition campaign to complement the client's ongoing online, radio and television campaign.

TheLadders.com offers online job searches to the $100,000-plus employment market.

"TheLadders' mandate is to acquire subscribers within a prescribed CPA," said Crossbow president Jay Bower.

Crossbow is TheLadders.com's first direct mail agency.

Enterprise software firm Bocada tapped Crossbow as its first agency of record. The agency is charged with creative responsibilities for direct marketing, advertising, online and tradeshow marketing. It will also handle new business development efforts.

Bower said Bocada asked his agency "to source, procure, implement and manage a lead generation and conversion machine that will assure closed-loop integration of all online and offline marketing, lead generation and sales programs."

This includes Web site development, call centers, online chat, fax, e-mail, voicemail and direct mail.
