Credit Union Selects Sedona for CRM

Sedona Corp., a CRM vendor targeting small and midsize financial services organizations, said Friday that Advancial Federal Credit Union chose Sedona as its new member relationship management solution.


Advancial, Dallas, has assets of $613 million, serving 42,000 members nationwide with credit union branches in Texas, Louisiana and Alaska as well as a network of shared branches in most other states. Advancial, which dates to 1937, differentiates itself as a member-focused, member-owned organization, as evidenced by its 32nd consecutive five-star rating from Bauer Financial Reports Inc.


Prior to selecting Sedona, King of Prussia, PA, as its customer relationship management vendor, the credit union used another system that provided only some of the information needed to make solid member decisions.
