News Byte: Vendors Converge With New Microsoft Solutions
Convergence wraps today at the Georgia World Congress Center.
Integration was the theme of new solutions and technologies introduced at Microsoft Dynamics Convergence this year. Here are some of the new developments from the exhibit floor.
Salesfusion adds predictive lead scoring. The cornerstone of the updated version of Salesfusion's marketing automation platform is a predictive lead scoring system, the first of its kind in the mid-market sector, according to the company. This functionality integrates with several CRM platforms including Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Scribe upgrades cloud platform. Scribe Online, the company's cloud-based platform, now supports real-time integration. This new version allows businesses to create unified business processes that consolidate and isolate customer information from various data sources. Further enhancements include unifying data from numerous sources, support for outbound messaging, and overall better access to data. The company also announced partnerships with business discovery platform QlikView and inbound marketing platform HubSpot.
Sonata expands its Microsoft profile. Sonata has been an early adopter in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Microsoft's recently acquired Marketing Pilot platform. The company announced it will expand that integration to include Microsoft Dynamics AX and other Dynamics services.
Tata partners on new solutions. Through a new partnership with Microsoft Dynamics, Tata Consultancy Services created a development center that will support online and on-premise versions of its CRM program called Mira and Leo. The center includes a test lab focused on mobile testing across the Android, iOS, Windows, and RIM operating systems.
