Council Opens Privacy Web Site
Privacy Council Inc. launched its online resource Privacy Knowledge Base Friday at privacyknowledgebase.com.The subscription-based service offers information about privacy issues in 13 U.S. industry sectors, more than 40 countries and multinational jurisdictions. It contains information on privacy and security-related regulations such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the Health Insurance Portability and Accounting Act and global regulation.
A subscription to Privacy Knowledge Base is $99 annually for non-government employees and $50 a year for government employees.
