Cost Proportionate to Responses for Brand Loyalty Software

Software firm iQ.com promised a minimal start-up fee and response-driven pricing when it announced its Private Labels SmartRewards service this week.

The service, designed to create brand loyalty, offers Internet shoppers reward credit that incorporates an e-tail site's name. iQ.com's software, rate per response undisclosed, also manages user accounts by awarding and deducting online customers' points as they purchase from a vendor. Such customers can redeem the virtual currency at any e-tail site using iQ.com's program.

The Saratoga, CA-based company also announced it had signed its first customer for the service -- online game shows firm Boxerjam.com. Financial terms were not disclosed.
