CornerBank Chooses Sedona's Intarsia

Sedona Corp., a customer relationship management solutions vendor for small and midsize banks and credit unions, said CornerBank has chosen its Intarsia CRM product to provide improved customer service capabilities.

CornerBank, a $170 million community bank with six branches in Kansas, will use Intarsia to combine customer information in its trust and investment departments with transactional customer information from the bank's core processing system.

Intarsia provides personalized customer interactions and profitability management to help optimize sales and marketing opportunities. Specifically designed for small to midsize financial services companies, Intarsia includes features such as profitability management, sales and referral tracking, Web-based reporting and campaign management.

Using Intarsia, CornerBank will also convert a manual lead tracking process to an automated system that will allow the bank's loan officers and personal bankers to qualify leads and focus on those prospects. Intarsia can help a financial institution measure the effectiveness of its marketing programs and lead sources.
