Convio Software Lets Nonprofits Respond to Disasters Faster

Convio Inc. released software yesterday that lets nonprofit organizations respond to natural disasters faster by establishing microsites quickly. Convio5 also allows nonprofits to modify online donation forms more easily.


Convio collaborated with its 500 nonprofit clients to optimize their online fundraising and integrated marketing software.


The software lets nonprofits create microsites around "specific, time-based events," Convio said. Nonprofits using Convio5 can create various test forms to see which version drives the highest response. A group also can track which promotions, e-mail campaign, banner ad or search keywords lead to the most donations.
