Convergys To Employ Naviant Marketing Solutions in CRM Services

Convergys Corp., Cincinnati, said last week it would incorporate marketing technology from Naviant Marketing Solutions Inc. into its customer relationship management services.


Naviant, Newtown Square, PA, is supporting Convergys' Smart Contact System, which allows call center agents to have customized interactions with customers through telemarketing, inbound customer service and Internet channels. Naviant will design and build a data warehouse designed to allow Convergys to predict and profile customer behavior.


Convergys, a provider of outsourced call center services, also said it would offer other Naviant Internet marketing solutions to its clients. Those products include Naviant's suite of list services and its e-Targeting suite of solutions for online advertising.
