Convergys Closes Finali BuyConvergys Corp. has finalized its purchase of Finali Corp., a contact center analytics firm, for $25 million, Convergys announced yesterday. The purchase price represented less than double the expected 2005 revenues of Finali, Convergys said.
Finali, Westminster, CO, provides multichannel customer service and support, including upselling and cross-selling, as well as data analysis using call segmentation and enterprise-specific categorization tools. Finali also provides call automation technology. It has a patented "virtual agent" system to help customers navigate Web sites and reduce telephone calls for customer service.
