ControlCenter Runs on Unix Platform

TogetherSoft Corp., Raleigh, NC, introduced Together ControlCenter on Compaq Computer Corp.'s Tru64 UNIX platform last week.


TogetherSoft, a provider of software development technologies and services in Raleigh, NC, said the collaboration will allow developers to use Together ControlCenter's productivity enhancement and risk reduction features on one of the industry's fastest-growing UNIX platforms.


Other benefits of the collaboration will be more efficient development of high-transaction applications, including the ability to remotely test, debug, and target industry-leading application servers, including the BEA WebLogic server and the IONA Technologies iPortal Application Server.
