Condor Solidifies Government Contract for Teleservices

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has exercised a $4.1 million option to extend a contract with Condor Technology Solutions to operate its nationwide call center.

Condor, Baltimore, announced earlier this month that the department extended the contract for one year. The company developed and launched the call center, known as the Veterans Health Benefits Service Center, in 1998.

The center has handled more than 1 million inquiries from veterans and their family members since its inception, according to Condor.
