Combined Services Offer English-Spanish CRM

vCustomer Corp. and the Hispanic Teleservices Corp. yesterday said that they will begin promoting their combined services to companies with call center language needs that entail English and Spanish.


Renton, WA-based vCustomer will utilize its call centers in New Delhi and Mumbai. The centers can handle inbound and outbound English-language services for phone and e-mail, and can implement Web chat.


HTC will leverage its 250-seat call center near its headquarters in Monterey, Mexico. The center will handle Spanish-language customer relationship management aspects including telemarketing, technical support and customer care.


The companies have yet to finalize how they will promote the services package.
