Colle + McVoy Names Fruechte President

Canadian advertising conglomerate MDC Partners' Colle + McVoy promoted Christine Fruechte to president, taking that post from agency CEO and chief creative officer John Jarvis.

Fruechte joined the Minneapolis agency in September 2004 as director of client services and a member of the executive committee. She reports to Jarvis.

"It's all about aggressive growth and aggressive growth with our clients, and to really continue to create unbreakable bonds, whether with our clients or with their customers via multiple touch points," she said. "So we're striving to provide unbreakable bonds through integrated marketing."

Before joining Colle + McVoy, Fruechte was executive vice president and partner at Minneapolis agency Kerker. She also ran Campbell Mithun's KidCom Worldwide youth marketing division in Minneapolis and was director of client services at Milici Valenti Ng Pack in Honolulu.
