He also said "it's important that we have an Internet site that provides the same powerful order management and customer service features that we offer to our catalog customers."

Coldwater Creek has seen its own growth (and stock value) slip over the last several months, and last year the company made moves to sell off its Milepost Four catalog after poor performance.
