Coldwater Creek 1999 Net Sales Rose to $328.3 Million
Coldwater Creek's Direct Channel reported sales of $316.2 million, compared to $299.7 million for fiscal 1998. The 1998 figures were adjusted to exclude men's catalog Milepost Four's $16 million in sales. The cataloger sold Milepost Four last summer.
Net sales from the company's retail branch increased to $12.1 million in 1999, compared with $9.5 million the previous year.
Earlier this month, the cataloger announced that it began testing a women's apparel catalog called Natural Elements. Coldwater also launched the line through its retail stores and Web site.
