Co-op Mailer Targets Home Buyers and Sellers

Home-Link Services yesterday debuted a co-op direct mail vehicle targeted at home buyers and sellers called the Home-Link New Home Savings Pack.

According to Shelton, CT-based Home-Link, the savings pack provides three benefits for marketers:

• Time-targeted marketing aimed at buyers and sellers immediately before and after moving.

• Reaching an audience of active buyers since during the moving process buyers and sellers shop across many categories of products and services.

• Marketing support by real estate sales associations and moving coordinators alerting customers to look for the offers in the mail.

The initial drop is scheduled for early 2002.
