CNN, opinion research firm form polling partnership

Market research and consulting services firm Opinion Research Corp. has established a formal polling partnership with CNN, one of the most respected and trusted sources for news and information.

The CNN Poll will become the CNN/Opinion Research Corp. Poll.

Princeton, NJ-based Opinion Research Corp., an infoUSA company, has been conducting national, speech reaction, state and flash/overnight polls for Atlanta-based CNN, division of Turner Broadcasting System Inc., a Time Warner Company, since April 2006.

CNN said that as the network gears up to offer in-depth coverage of the 2008 election, Opinion Research Corp. will be a key part of giving viewers the accurate and relevant information they demand to help them make decisions.
