CML to Auction Off Smith & Hawken

In an effort to satisfy shareholders, one-time mail order heavyweight CML, Acton, MA, has announced its intention to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The company says it will auction off its Smith & Hawken division later this month.
