CMGI Reorganizes Business Units
CMGI, Andover, MA, said yesterday that it would reorganize its 17 majority-owned companies and venture capital affiliates into six business lines. The six lines of business will include search and portals; infrastructure and enabling technologies; Internet professional services; interactive marketing; e-business; and venture capital.The reorganization is part of a strategic review designed to increase efficiency.
