ClientLogic Buys Associates Commerce Teleservices Division
ClientLogic Corp., Nashville, TN, said this month that it acquired the teleservices division of Associates Commerce Solutions Inc., a customer relationship management provider.ClientLogic will take charge of Associates Commerce Solutions' Ashville, NC, call center, which employs 430 people. The purchase gives ClientLogic a total of 46 facilities worldwide.
Details of the deal were not released.
Associates Commerce Solutions' teleservices division serves clients such as Sears, AT&T and the Southern California Edison electric company.
