Client X Client Taps Raab as President

David M. Raab has been named president of Client X Client, a consulting and software firm specializing in customer value optimization.

Raab, a longtime industry consultant and DM News columnist, will oversee creation of consulting methodologies and software products based on Basking Ridge, NJ-based Client X Client's Customer Experience Matrix.
