ClickAction Debuts Service, Buys Firm to Integrate It

Palo Alto, CA-based ClickAction yesterday introduced a new product, ClickAction Enterprise E-mail Relationship Management, and said it acquired New York-based professional services firm Consilience Inc. to provide integration services for the new software.


ClickAction Enterprise provides a licensed alternative for clients who prefer in-house management of e-mail marketing initiatives. It enables marketers to conduct targeted, permission-based e-mail campaigns; collect and profile customer data; and access real-time results in a Web-hosted environment. The new service will be available in the second quarter, ClickAction said.
