Classified Online.com, Port St. Lucie, FL, said Friday it began discussions with China to establish a Internet service company in the Shenzhen province.

Classified Online is seeking to host a combined e-commerce and business-to-business Web site for 15,000 members of the Shenzhen Enterprises Association of Foreign Processing and Assembling engaged in manufacturing in China.

The agreement would create a venture with Shenzhen Industrial Co., a China-based import and export company of finished goods, raw material and agricultural products, to represent the manufacturers in the marketing of their products in the United States and abroad.

Classified Online uses Web sites for person-to-person e-commerce by linking classified advertisers directly to buyers around the world.
