Clark Mackain Joins Direct Media

Direct Media Inc. and Clark Mackain have entered into a merger agreement effective Nov. 1, 2006.

Clark Mackain will use its name, operating as Clark Mackain, a division of Direct Media, Greenwich, CT.

The new Direct Media division will continue to operate out of its New York office. Its sales and operational personnel will remain with the firm. Clark Mackain will use Direct Media's market research area and its sales tools and support services.

Clark Mackain is a full service mailing list brokerage firm. David Clark and Lorrie Mackain founded the firm in 1997. Direct Media was founded in 1969.
