Consumer electronics chain Circuit City named RTS Marketing, Richmond, VA, as its direct marketing agency of record.The appointment came after nine months of project work and an agency review that started last year. A 2-year-old agency, RTS focuses on the Richmond market. It offers relationship marketing services related to mail, e-mail and online marketing.
