Cigna Retirement & Investment Services chose Exstream Software's Dialogue to produce customized retirement statements, Exstream said yesterday.

Exstream, Lexington, KY, said Cigna's new statement required software that could provide personalized messaging capabilities, dynamically insert charts and logos, and facilitate development and implementation of statement enhancements within a three-month production cycle.

Dialogue's open architecture and ability to process an unlimited number of input files will let CIGNA collect and update client data from multiple record-keeping systems and leverage that data to personalize messages and incorporate high-end graphics in each communication. CIGNA plan sponsors also will be able to import images, logos and taglines into statements.
