Chris Martin is new CEO at CORESense

CORESense's VP of marketing Chris Martin succeeds founder Jason Jacobs as the company's CEO.

Martin will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, completing the launch of their point of sale and retail application, and positioning the company for sustained growth. CORESense is a leading provider of on-demand retail and e-commerce solutions. Martin served as VP of marketing since 2007.

Prior to CORESense, Martin was VP of marketing at several Silicon Valley startup ventures, including Arcwave and RealChip Communications. Prior to that, he served as director of marketing at Empowertel Networks, a provider of VoIP solutions to enterprise and telecommunications customers.
