Chordiant Software Inc., Cupertino, CA, has made available the Chordiant Marketing Director Suite 3, the new version of its enterprise-class marketing automation software application.


Formerly known as Prime@Vantage, the new suite lets marketers develop and execute personalized, multistage, multichannel offers to individual customers. As part of Chordiant's Unifying CRM Solution, Marketing Director Suite 3 integrates with Chordiant's Intelligent Customer Interaction Management platform as well as existing applications and back-end systems to provide an enterprisewide customer relationship management solution.


The suite includes enhanced encryption features offering additional data protection in outbound e-mails; the ability to combine multiple offers in a single communication and track the effectiveness of each; and enhanced access to campaign data for improved campaign analysis and optimization.


Marketing Director Suite 3 includes Marketing Director, Online Marketing Director, Mobile Marketing Director and Marketing Optimizer, a suite of products that let marketers develop, execute, track and refine multistep, event-driven personalized marketing campaigns that span traditional and electronic channels.
