CEO Gary Mulloy Leaves ADVO
Direct mailer ADVO Inc., Windsor, CT, announced yesterday that CEO Gary Mulloy left the company.ADVO's board of directors named independent director Bobbie Gaunt interim CEO, effective immediately.
The company also announced that John Mahoney -- executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief administrative officer of Staples Inc. -- has been named non-executive chairman of the board.
ADVO's board of directors has retained Herbert Mines Associates to begin a search for a permanent CEO.
