Cenveo CEO Malone Adds Chairman Title

James R. Malone added the title of chairman to the CEO position he took on in June at Cenveo Inc., a 10,000-employee printer with more than 80 production locations and five fulfillment and distribution centers in North America.

He succeeds Susan Rheney, who served as interim chairman for eight months and departs Aug. 31. He previously led the restructuring team at InaCom Corp., a $5 billion IT products and services provider.

Cenveo, Englewood, CO, also said it is seeking more independent directors to offer diverse viewpoints on the board.
