Cenveo Acquires Valco Graphics
Cenveo Inc., Englewood, CO, announced its acquisition Friday of Valco Graphics Inc., Seattle. Financial terms were not released.Valco, a web and sheetfed printer of direct marketing, publishing and promotional products, has annual sales of $18 million.
Cenveo said it will combine its existing commercial printing facility in Seattle with the Valco plant. The combined operations will have 145 employees and be under the Cenveo name.
Cenveo also plans to install two new sheetfed presses at the former Valco location. Cenveo has about 10,000 employees and 80 production locations plus five advanced fulfillment and distribution centers throughout North America.
