Century Direct, Santa Monica, CA, said earlier this month it will form a new Internet division called Century-e.com, a strategic marketing company that will help Century Direct's DRTV clients develop e-commerce applications and business solutions.

Heading up the division are Bill Wallen, a former Sony, Columbia Tri-Star executive; Patrick Davidson, former senior vice president of the Disney Channel; Peter Bergmann, former programming and corporate executive at ABC; and Todd Makler.

Wallen and Davidson bring a host of clients from their own agency, e-imaginet, that are involved in the e-commerce business.
