CDR to execute fundraising campaign for Christian Appalachian Project

CDR Fundraising Group has signed a contract with Christian Appalachian Project for strategy and execution on integrated direct mail as well as online fundraising programs. The fundraising services provider will also offer consultative services on the organization's product catalog and corporation, foundation and major donor programs. The work will begin September 1.

CAP serves people in need throughout Appalachia by providing physical, spiritual and emotional support. In addition to its charitable fundraising activities, CAP has a gift catalog and a merchandising catalog program that is experiencing double-digit growth.

CDR will work with CAP to “optimize the relationships it currently has” while working to bring in new donors, said Joe Fiochetta, GM at CDR. This will be accomplished through testing and looking at the stories that CAP tells
