CCMP names Infogroup executive team, board

CCMP Capital Advisors, which completed its acquisition of Infogroup this week, unveiled the company's new leadership team and board members.

Clare Hart is serving as president and CEO of the company, replacing Bill Fairfield, who retired when the acquisition was completed. She was previously president of the Dow Enterprise Media Group.

Richard Hanks will serve as EVP and CFO. He was previously chief commercial officer of Dow Enterprise's media group.

CCMP named Marc Litvinoff president of Infogroup's Research Group and Opinion Research, and named Franklin Rios president of the Enterprise Solutions Group. Filling out the new executive team is Susie Robinson, who will be SVP of human resources.

Ten of Infogroup's board members will retain their positions, and nine industry executives have been added to the board of directors. Rich Zannino will serve as chairman of Infogroup's Board of Directors. Zannino is managing director at CCMP, a member of the company's investment committee and co-head of its consumer and retail and media practice.

Additional board members are Steve Cone, currently CMO of The Brierley Group and former CMO of Epsilon Data Management; Mike Iaccarino, president and CEO of Mobile Messenger; Hart; and other CCMP executives.
