CCG, IntelliStats Merge

Customer Communications Group, a Denver-based relationship marketing agency, and IntelliStats -- a database marketing, customized analytics and modeling services provider -- announced yesterday that they have merged.


IntelliStats will become the IntelliStats Analytical Services Group of Customer Communications Group.


According to CCG, the merger unites services such as strategic consulting, analytical, creative communications and program design.


CCG has implemented programs for Fortune 1000 retail, financial and telecom clients including Dillard's, G.H. Bass & Co., Hibernia Bank, IBM, Nordstrom, Payless ShoeSource, Pier 1 Imports, Tommy Hilfiger and Wachovia Bank.


IntelliStats has clients from industry categories including financial, telecom, retail, healthcare, tourism and e-commerce.
