As part of the switch, Transcontinental shifted its U.S. litho-printing capabilities to the Transcontinental CC3 business unit. Transcontinental bought CC3 in a stock-and-cash deal worth $106 million.

Transcontinental CC3, Ivyland, PA, is capable of producing 11 million litho-printed forms and laser-personalized letters daily. It has litho-printing capabilities available nationwide including 12 continuous form Web presses and two sheetfed presses.
