Catalyst Direct

Rochester, NY, direct marketing agency Catalyst Direct has purchased Auragen Communications, a full-service interactive design and development agency specializing in the Web. David Thiel, Auragen's co-founder and CEO, will be named director, digital marketing, of Catalyst. Damir Saracevic, Auragen's co-founder and president, will join Catalyst as director, interactive marketing. Twenty Auragen employees will also join Catalyst, expanding the company's staff to 85.
