CAS Opens Montreal Call Center

CAS Systems Inc. opened a 110-seat call center near Montreal, the business-to-business lead generation provider said yesterday.


CAS said it opened the facility to handle demand for lead generation services from small to medium-size businesses. The new site's capabilities include lead generation, appointment setting and database cleanup.


The center is about 30 minutes from the Montreal airport and has enough space to expand to 250 seats. CAS picked the Montreal location based on the "economic advantages" of the area as well as the availability of an experienced and educated work force, the company said.


CAS also operates a 125-seat call center in Oakland, CA, which serves as its headquarters.
