Carmichael Lynch Integrates Interactive, Direct Units

Minneapolis agency Carmichael Lynch merged its interactive and relationship marketing divisions into CL Interactive and Direct, a single group that recognizes the close ties between the two marketing disciplines.

As part of the move, Melody Lentsch has been named director of CL Interactive and Direct. She joined Carmichael in 2000, working for Rapp Collins Worldwide before that on accounts like McGraw-Hill, Schwan's and United Health Care.

Lentsch's colleague in this new unit is Bruce Marsh, newly hired creative director. He moved from Euro RSCG Worldwide, New York, where he was a creative director. He has worked on accounts like DaimlerChrysler, Domino's, Tommy Hilfiger and Reebok.

A full-service shop, Carmichael is part of the Interpublic Group of Companies Inc., New York. Its client roster includes Porsche, Northwest Airlines, American Standard and Harley-Davidson.
