Carlson Hotel Picks Green Team
Carlson Cos. Inc.'s Regent Wall Street hotel in New York named local agency Green Team as its advertising agency of record.The review for the $1 million account included The Sachs Agency and The Sloan Group, both in New York. Incumbent Dana Communications, Hopewell, NJ, did not participate.
Green Team will handle direct mail, collateral, print, online, outdoor and guerrilla marketing. A specialist in travel and environment advertising, Green Team won the Regent Wall Street account by devising a spec marketing program that was liked by the client.
The Regent Wall Street is in a 160-year-old building that housed the New York Merchants Exchange and, later, the New York Customs House.
