Fleit focuses on recruiting senior executives for marketing-driven and customer-focused companies. Prior to entering the executive search industry, Fleit was SVP of marketing and business development at Revlon. Previously, she was VP of marketing for Guerlain and before that, Christian Dior. Fleit speaks fluent French.
