Canadian wireless giant Rogers calls on KXEN for analytics

Rogers Communications Inc., Canada's leading mobile operator and cable television provider, is using KXEN data mining technology to increase sales and improve customer service.

KXEN's Analytic Framework suite of data mining tools has been deployed across customer knowledge teams at Rogers' wireless and cable units as well as its publishing business.

As a result of this implementation, Rogers is delivering more relevant offers from its direct marketing campaigns, the company claims.

Rogers installed KXEN to improve modeling and analysis. The software's purported ability to create propensity models seven times faster than before also helped in its selection.

Based in San Francisco, KXEN styles itself as a data mining automation company that drives customer lifestyle analytics for companies looking to compete on analytics. Founded in 1998, the company also has an office in Paris.
